Grief Walk on the Labyrinth

A grief walk on the labyrinth gives an opportunity to reflect as you navigate your way through the grief process. The act of walking can encourage the release of feelings that need to be experienced. The walk may surface a thought, a feeling, an idea, a person, a sadness, a joy, a memory, a problem situation, or simply a pause to absorb the sounds of nature. Every labyrinth walk is a learning experience one way or another. In the labyrinth, the set path takes you to the centre; that you know you will get to the centre helps focus and quiet the mind.
